Make your mark

Hello, again. This is my mark-making project, starring the visages of Pope Francis, Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice. This was created using a combination of the selection tool and customized brushes that took the shape of words that I personally chose to describe the person. I was fairly lazy when it came to designing the words--just because I ended up reusing them in all three. It should also be noted that my first and second "marks" (Pope Francis and Kenny) are much better than the third (Spencer), for numerous reasons. For instance, the size of the picture is different, as Spencer's is much longer (5x7 rather than 5x5). Another example is that his Holiness and Kenny have, in all honesty, more dynamic features--evident behind the lens of a professional camera. Spencer, on the other hand, has a flatter face with a significant overbite. Bare in mind that I'm not calling the guy ugly--he's just not very photogenic. This can easily be proven by a simple google search (see how many close-up pictures of his face you can find: I've been hard-pressed to find any photos of him naturally smiling at all). Anyway, I would definitely reopen the case on this one. Spencer just looks horrible.
